At Nova Medical Dealer, we are a small, family business working hard to stock and ship medical supplies straight to you. Our company, Mobile Mobility Services was established in 2008, and we became a Nova Medical authorized dealer in 2016. We are located in Fairport, New York, and we stock every Nova chair, walker, and rollator in our warehouse straight from their factory to ship directly to you.

Our mission? Simple: cut the middleman, price fair, ship fast, and answer real questions—like whether swing-away footrests fold tight enough for car doors. We talk to customers directly about their Nova Medical equipment needs. We have knowledgeable professionals answering the phones that can address specific issues like sizing, portability, features, and helping you find the best fit for you. We believe in old-fashioned customer service where a real person talks to their customers and provides real help.
